Birmingham Pride Ball is the biggest event of its kind in the UK. Organised by What’s On Magazine Group, the event attracts more than 1,000 people to a night of entertainment and awards, focussing on the Midlands lgbt scene.

Oxford Pride Drag Race Sunday 15th April 2012

The Oxford Pride Group is having its 2nd annual drag race from the corner of Ship Street and Cornmarket Street to the Jolly Farmers.
This will be followed by the alternative Olympic games event in the Farmers.
We are encouraging contestants to raise at least £100 each for Oxford Pride. There will not be a prize for coming first in the race this year, but instead there will be a prize to the person who collects the most money.

So get your sponsorship form and start thinking about your wonderful outfit.

Birmingham  Pride Bank Holiday Weekend on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd June 2012

The UK’s BEST LGBT Pride event takes place over the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd June 2012 – it’s going to be a right Royal to do!


The two day festival includes…

Blackpool Pride had it’s first event in May 2006 and in 2012 celebrates Seven years entertaining people from Blackpool , the rest of the UK and beyond with an array of top cabaret acts and a carnival parade. Each year it has got bigger and better.

Calderdale Pride Saturday 16th  June 2012

Calderdale Pride 2011 attracted a record-breaking 9,000 visitors, and organisers delivered on their promise to bring one of the most vibrant and exciting Pride events to Halifax, West Yorkshire! Calderdale’s annual Pride festival will be held on Saturday 16th June 2012 at the Halifax Piece Hall, it has been revealed!

EuroGames 2012 Budapest 27th of June – 1st of July, 2012

EuroGames, the European Gay & Lesbian Championships, is an annual European sporting event governed by the European Gay & Lesbian Sport Federation (EGLSF). It is the biggest athletic event for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Europe.

London Pride  Hosts WORLD PRIDE 23rd June to 8th July 2012

 

WorldPride comes to London on Saturday 7th July 2012. 2 million beautiful LGBT people are expected to parade and party in central London. The whole World will be watching London in the summer of 2012 as we celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, the Olympics and WorldPride. This film is a taster of what you can expect from WorldPride London and also features a message from International Human Rights campaigner and Pride London Patron Peter Tatchell.

Pride events have been taking place in Manchester for 21 years and the current Manchester Pride organisation is in its eighth year of organising the festival.
