Welcome to Elite Retreat

Bristol’s premier health spa for men, we offer a unique and tantalising experience in a clean, private and off the beaten track location, just 5 minutes walk from Old Market and easily accessible from Temple Meads with ample car parking space.

  • We offer a variety of facilities including Steam Room, Sauna, Hot Tub, Garden Terrace  and a Pool Table.

Sauna
Our sauna has one tier and is fully pine clad. It seats 10 people comfortably and is set at a temperature of 65°c mid air. The higher tier reaches temperatures of 70°c or you can relax at a less intense heat on the lower tier.

Steam Room
It holds 10-12 people and is set at a temperature of 43°c. As you enter the steam room you will see a cold shower has been built into the wall. You can cool and refresh without removing yourself from the warmth.

Hot Tub
We have one tub that are for up to five people to share they are filled with around 107cm of water and kept to a temperature of between 36°c and 37°c. Average sized people when seated in these tubs are immersed.Roof Garden

We can’t guarantee the English weather, but what we can offer is a secluded roof top garden terrace with soft feel grass, a smokers corner – time to take a break and and just lounge around with six foot high fencing.
