BRISTOL LGBT+ SOCIETY

The LGBT+ Society represents lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all other gender or sexual minorities at the University of Bristol. The society is affiliated with the University of Bristol Union (UBU). We provide safe spaces for members to socialise, network and get support and advice. We put on regular events including bar crawls, club nights, coffee afternoons, and trips to cities outside of Bristol. We also offer welfare support and advice for LGBT+ students through our Welfare Rep, our handbook, our website and our support group. We run a “Parenting” Scheme every year to help integrate new members of the society with older members and each other.
